Shipping & delivery
How private is shipping?
A sturdy corrugated box with the Nancy Studio label. Your order arrives well protected — we keep things low-key.
How fast does it arrive?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders arrive in 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties are paid up front so you won't see surprise fees at your door.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return shipping. Even if you've used it, you can still return it — no questions asked. Returned items are recycled responsibly.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — two years on everything. We cover manufacturing defects and wear. If something goes wrong, we replace or repair it free.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email hello@hello-nancylem.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away with a prepaid return label.

What's the blanket made of?
The Juicy has a soft cotton waffle-weave top and a waterproof TPU core — machine washable, no plastic crinkle, completely waterproof underneath.
Is the blanket really waterproof?
Totally. It's rated waterproof — spills, accidents, anything stays contained. Just toss it in the wash, lay flat to dry, and you're good for next time.
What about the card game?
Together is 180 cards on quality stock, packed in a sturdy box. Built to last — perfect for couples looking to reconnect through fun, meaningful conversations.
Using your purchase
How do I wash the blanket?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry or low heat tumble. Takes about an hour to fully dry. No bleach, no fabric softener — keeps it soft and waterproof for years.
Can I take the blanket travelling?
Absolutely. It folds up small enough for a backpack or carry-on. Throw it in a bag and you've got a spill-proof layer for picnics, road trips, or camping.
How do I play Together?
Two people, one deck. Take turns drawing cards and answering questions — some playful, some deeper. Go at your own pace, skip what doesn't feel right, enjoy the laughs and connections together.
